December 29, 2011…aaand we are back. Sorry for the prolonged downtime, seems like I jinxed it in my last update (and everyone was busy with Christmas to fix it).
A lot of stuff has happened in the last week and as I am in a rush to get some things done before the New Year, I won’t summarize it here, but redirect you to the forum (which we always just copied anyway…).
Let’s just say the prototype run in Germany appears to be complete success, even after some initial problems and hick-ups.
Following are two news posts by EvilDragon on the official boards, as well as a video giving you insight into the production facility.
Finally, rom everyone here at PandoraPress, we wish you a good celebration of the passing year and an even better start into the new one. See you guys in 2012!

There also have been a few software releases, highly recommended for every Pandora owner:
Notaz and Exophase dream-team up to take PSX Emulation to a new level
Pickle ports indie-game-megahit VVVVVV
New HotFix released in alpha version (HF7a) containing a few nice fixes
Good news all around by the looks of it. Well done to ED and the other devs that have got the new factory running this nice so far
Nice to have you guys posting again too. Happy xmas and new year everybody
I’m glad to see that site is back. And, of course, that things are going well, for a change. I wish very happy new year to all of OPT, and to all of you Panda fans and… all readers.
ED, keep on with good work, Craig we love you too >:-) , and thank you all you countless, not-so-exposed contributors to The Project. LET’S RULE!
Nice to read about the good news. Evertyhing seems to be going well. So I can expect my ordered Pandora(from to the batch #12, TV output cable and the case to be shipped in February/March. Is that correct…? Sounds ok to me… Thank smuch….
I know it’s cliched to say, but it’s only two months away!
WOwww.. that is good news. I hope great success for the Pandora. I have been following this project since day one. It was such a great concept when it was announced but the Pandora seems like a legacy device now. I’m looking forward to a future Pandora with updated PS Vita like hardware and a new case designed.
It would be nice to finally see this blog strictly 100% dedicated to Pandora software releases in 2012 and no longer any need for production updates.
Well hopefully that will be the case when production is up and running in a few months…
Until then most people probably will also be interested in those update.
Though I definitely want to move away from copy-pasted news to more original content.
